In 2021, I led an internal campaign to launch Canon's new brand purpose: "Imaging to Transform Our World." This campaign was designed to unify our employees under a shared vision, enhance brand awareness, and promote our company philosophy, Kyosei—living and working together for the common good. Through a series of engaging activities, communications, and workshops, we successfully connected our EMEA workforce to our brand’s deeper mission, fostering a sense of purpose and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
